We may collect personal information about and from You if You contact Us to inquire about Furkot.com ("Site") or Our services. We will also collect information that is necessary for Us to provide You the services that You request, to help serve Your needs, and to fulfill legal and regulatory requirements.

Both the amount and type of information We collect will be limited to what is necessary for the reasons above. The purpose for collecting this data is to provide You the services You requested from Us. Any of the information We collect from You is used only to personalize Your experience through this Site. We store Your trip data for You, and thus, We need to identify You to enable You to access it.

When registering on Our Site, as appropriate, You may be asked to enter the name. You may, but you are not required to, enter your email address. You don’t have to use Your real name. You may visit Our Site anonymously (as a guest), but in such case We cannot guarantee that You’ll be able to retrieve Your information later. You can also register using Facebook, Twitter, or other third-party services. If You register using a third-party service, We receive Your username and email address used on that service, and a unique account token.

By purchasing one of Our services, You give consent for Us to contact You regarding that service as part of Our commitment to customer service.

We use session cookies on Our Site. These cookies maintain Your session while You are logged in. We also use cookies that are necessary for Us to operate this Site and offer Our services, which are used in conjunction with caching and billing services.

We use local data to improve the performance and allow You to use Furkot when not online.

Our web analytics system automatically tracks Your usage of the Site, but We have taken the step to anonymize Your IP, and this does not give Us any additional personal information. The Site may also collect anonymous aggregate "traffic data" (containing no personally identifiable information about individual users) that may help Us improve Our Site and services.

We are a based in the United States. Your trip data belongs to You. You can always export it and use it with other applications. You can delete Your trips from Our Site which removes Your data from Our servers, and eventually, from Our backups. We only store Your account data in connection with Your trips. If You delete all Your trips, after a period of time, We will terminate Your account.

Our policy is to permit employees and independent contractors to access Your personal information only if they have a business purpose for using such information, such as administering, providing, or developing Our services. Employees and independent contractors are provided with Your personal information on a need-to-know basis only and are bound by contract to keep all personal information confidential and protect such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We delete personal information that is no longer necessary for Us to have as a business entity or to provide You with Our services.

Modifications to Our Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy from time to time, with or without advanced notice, and will post the latest version on Our site in a timely manner with notice on Our homepage. Such revisions shall be effective immediately upon posting. We recommend that You review this Privacy Policy periodically so that You are aware of any changes.
