The purpose for collecting this data is to provide You the services You requested from Us. Any of the information We collect from You is used only to personalize Your experience through this Site. We store Your trip data for You, and thus, We need to identify You to enable You to access it.

We collect and hold Your information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide those services or to fulfill legal and regulatory requirements.

When registering on Our Site, as appropriate, You may be asked to enter the name. You may, but you are not required to, enter your email address. You don’t have to use Your real name. You may visit Our Site anonymously (as a guest), but in such case We cannot guarantee that You’ll be able to retrieve Your information later. You can also register using Facebook, Twitter, or other third-party services. If You register using a third-party service, We receive Your username and email address used on that service, and a unique account token.

By purchasing one of Our services, You give consent for Us to contact You regarding that service as part of Our commitment to customer service.

We use local data to improve the performance and allow You to use Furkot when not online.

Our web analytics system automatically tracks Your usage of the Site, but We have taken the step to anonymize Your IP, and this does not give Us any additional personal information. The Site may also collect anonymous aggregate "traffic data" (containing no personally identifiable information about individual users) that may help Us improve Our Site and services.

At this time, only members of the Company have access to user information. We do not share Your personal information with third parties, except when You voluntary use a third-party service through this Site to make a reservation or purchase.

Your trip data belongs to You. You can always export it and use it with other applications. You can delete Your trips from Our Site which removes Your data from Our servers, and eventually, from Our backups. We only store Your account data in connection with Your trips. If You delete all Your trips, after a period of time, We will terminate Your account.

Our policy is to permit employees and independent contractors to access Your personal information only if they have a business purpose for using such information, such as administering, providing, or developing Our services. Employees and independent contractors are provided with Your personal information on a need-to-know basis only and are bound by contract to keep all personal information confidential and protect such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We delete personal information that is no longer necessary for Us to have as a business entity or to provide You with Our services.

Modifications to Our Privacy Policy ¶

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy from time to time, with or without advanced notice, and will post the latest version on Our site in a timely manner with notice on Our homepage. Such revisions shall be effective immediately upon posting. We recommend that You review this Privacy Policy periodically so that You are aware of any changes.
